As an Associate Commercial Director you will join a high performance sales team that drives results. Working with a Sales Director, the incumbent will drive revenue growth through the engagement and acquisition of prospective clients, aligning our products, services and Value Proposition with their needs.

Job Requirements 

  • University degree.
  • 2-5 years experience in a sales environment, B2B or inside sales preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop rapport and build relationships.
  • Highly organized.
  • Previous cold calling/call center experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work marketing leads and conduct warm calls to book sales presentations with prospective clients. 
  • Prospect and conduct cold calls within an assigned territory (named accounts - 1500).  
  • Develop a strategic approach to outreach by creating call lists by industry, role and responsibility.
  • Book sales presentations with IT Leaders and Executives.  
  • Utilize CRM System (Salesforce) to manage the sales/task workflow, including uploading new contacts, logging appointments, monitoring progress and ensuring completion.  
  • Prepare for sales presentations by customizing PowerPoint presentations to align with the target audience.   
  • Partner with the research department to include relevant analyst on sales presentations as needed.  
  • Engage with the research department to proactively increase product/service knowledge.
