The Senior Director is a responsible for delivering measurable value to our advisory services to members by working with them on-site and remotely to help improve their strategy, processes and people. The Senior Director drives the agenda, research, and growth of the services provided to our members. The role also is accountable for growth of the capabilities and development of personnel within the practice.  

Major Responsibilities

  • Utilize our Blueprints to assist members through the process of executing projects or process improvements either remotely (working through a series of structured calls) or on-site (working through a structured 5 day workshop)
  • Identify opportunities to provide value to clients through workshops and consulting engagements and work with our commercial teams to define the scope and project outcomes.
  • Identify further areas of assistance required for clients after initial Experience calls and book appropriate subsequent experiences.
  • Lead the development of our research blueprints and agenda as subject matter expert by participating in joining research teams for an 8 week research cycle.
  • Contribute to a research agenda that meets the needs of members by developing a deep understanding of what Info-Tech members require to be successful as IT professionals.
  • Work jointly with our marketing team and account management team to reengage customers with low service levels through targeted campaigns and outreach.
  • Help drive the commercial success of the practice working with consulting and project management teams. 

Education and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree required, business or technology preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience leading the selection, implementation, and optimization of enterprise level software packages (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.).       
  • Experience gaining and maintaining trusted advisor status with senior management and C-level executives.                  
  • Familiar with variety of ERP vendors and best practices.            
  • Experience facilitating client facing workshops, training sessions, and consulting engagement.
  • Experience mentoring, developing, and training staff.             

 Skills

  • Strong client advisory & service delivery skills; the ability to lead clients through complex projects, build relationships and establish reputation as a trusted advisor, and lead clients through structured working sessions.
  • Expert ability to analyze data and experience in a way that enables the uncovering of new insights and frame problems in a new or unique way.
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities where value can be added and work with members to define project outcomes.
  • Expert knowledge of enterprise level software management.
  • Advanced business process improvement skills. Willingness and ability travel up to (25%) to deliver workshops on-site at client locations
