The President of myPolicies is responsible for the artful execution of strategic sales plans and positioning the organization for planned growth and expansion. myPolicies is one of our most innovative and popular product offerings that has a lot of untapped potential. Strategic leadership of individual Account Managers and mentoring of Sales Management are instrumental to success.

Summary of Job Responsibilities (but not limited to the following);

Strategic Planning:

  • Identify strategic opportunities for innovative, integrated, differentiated solutions through which myPolicies can position and develop impact for clients.
  • Develop sales organizational strategies by contributing sales information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing sales objectives in line with organizational objectives.
  • Establish sales operational strategies by evaluating sales trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing sales systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
  • Develop sales financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating sales requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.

Sales Achievement and Goal-Planning

  • Recommend and accomplish annual revenue goals by preparing sales forecasts; establishing sales objectives; negotiating and obtaining orders; developing promotional strategies.
  • Develop, recommend and implement a departmental budget, monitoring progress throughout the year, reviewing and revising as appropriate.
  • Product & Client Management
  • Identify needs and provide direction for the development, implementation and coordination of research, product planning, pricing, advertising, policies and programs.
  • Recommend changes to sales programs based upon program assessment and effectiveness.
  • Manage sales process and provide client input, feedback and recommendations to promote distinctive service/product development to increase client acquisition, retention and growth.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional service that leads to profitable client growth and client references. Provide day-to-day account specific management of assigned clients. Lead client stewardship meetings and creativity sessions.

Coaching & Leadership:

  • Create and maintain a positive work environment where all employees can maximize their job satisfaction and productivity.
  • Create and lead teams to effectively partner with clients to design and deliver solutions that exactly meet client’s needs, involving professionals across geographic, functional and business units.


The successful candidate will hold a University degree in business or equivalent (MBA preferred), as well as a minimum of 7 - 10 years of progressive sales management.

Proven track record:

  • The candidate has successfully taken a software product to market previously.
  • Proven sales skills including lead generation, prospecting, presentation and closing skills
  • Noted track record in identifying and hiring top performing sales representatives
  • In depth business acumen within strategic operations and product management.
  • Application of general business and financial management principles for planning, profitability and growth.

  • Exceptional leadership and coaching methodologies to motivate individuals to success.
