Reports to: VP, Workshop & Delivery

Our Workshop & Delivery team is responsible for delivering hundreds of onsite IT related projects and process workshops which helps our Members  complete a key initiative, work through critical project deliverables, and train their team. Since launching the product, Info-Tech has delivered over 200 onsite workshops with an overall satisfaction rating of 9.8/10.

Job Summary

A Product Specialist supports Sr. Product Managers and Workshop Facilitators to ensure the successful management delivery of Info-Tech’s workshops. Core Responsibilities are divided into 4 core functions; which include:

1. Workshop Delivery Operations:

  • Coordinating and conducting Workshop Scoping and Logistics Calls
  • Developing SOWs and managing procurement
  • Managing workshop cases in Sales Force
  • Coordinating and conducting internal post-delivery calls to identify sales opportunity and identify project improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate external feedback calls with members to determine success of engagement and opportunity for improvement.

2. Workshop Resourcing:

  • Manage and maintain availability and booking of analysts on workshops in order to support resourcing decisions.

3. Workshop Delivery:

  • Support the delivery of four-day workshops, onsite at the client location, based on Info-Tech’s Best Practice Methodology Blueprints with a senior workshop facilitator.  

4. Workshop Collateral:

  • Maintain and develop sales and delivery collateral for a set of core workshop topics within a research practice.

  

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Minimum University degree or equivalent, preferably in business administration or IT related

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years working within a workforce management and planning, or business related, or other relatable role preferred

  

Skills:

  • Ability to be flexible and effectively manage uncertainty; Persist in the face of resistance or setbacks and anticipate possible problems and develop contingency plans; Manage planning and implementation of change initiatives; Exhibit a calm disposition and provide stability to team.
  • Creativity and Innovation; Question common practices and explore different alternatives that achieve a similar outcome and propose novel ideas; Research current thinking and share ideas
  • Advanced in Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel, etc)
  • Customer Focus; strive to provide additional value; actively solicit feedback and suggest ways to improve the experience
  • Leadership; role model standards of professional and rallies others to a shared goal
  • Team and Collaboration
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and listening skills
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple concurrent tasks / projects
  • Ability to travel approx. 50% of the time, as needed and obtain a TN1 Visa
