Are you up for the challenge? 

If so we are hiring for a Research Manager, within our HR Research & Advisory division who, as part of a team, will create and deliver client-driven, project-based, practical research and advisory services to help HR leaders drive measurable results in their organizations.

Special Note:

  • Must have ability to travel 15% of the time
  • Must have ability to qualify for a TN visa


  • Participate  in the hands on creation of innovative, practical solutions that helps HR  leaders with the critical challenges they face in their organizations.
  • Participate in ongoing peer review (online and in person) to give and receive constructive feedback to continuously improve quality of research projects.
  • Deliver client-facing subject matter expertise, insights, and advice through advisory calls, presentations, and workshops.
  • Participate in the scoping, development, and co-facilitation of on-site workshops to assist members in accelerating their HR projects
  • May also coach and develop a small team of direct reports engaged in researching and creating HR solutions, client advisory services, and client workshops.


Education and Experience:

  • Must have a University degree with a minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Ideally a specialized degree or diploma in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or Adult Education
  • CHRL or similar HR professional designation is desirable.   


  • Proven critical thinking and analysis skills, with the ability to generate insights independently
  • Proven ability to create frameworks around fuzzy or unstructured topics
  • Collaborative, with superior listening, critical thinking, and writing skills
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills and is comfortable speaking with clients and experts in an advisory capacity
  • Thinks beyond the confines of traditional models tto generate insights demonstrating a broader scope of contextual and business understanding
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, flexible, rapidly changing work environment
