Manager, Talent Acquisition

We are hiring for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Lead, with specific experience hiring for niche, hard to fill positions from mid market to Executive level. Working as part of the HR team in our London office and reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will lead the way in recruiting the best and brightest talent for the organization and support our goal to grow.

The Talent Acquisition function is responsible for; leading end to end hiring processes across related divisions of Info-Tech Research Group of companies; ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and collaborating with Hiring Managers across our Acquire Sales department to understand hiring needs, source top level, often-passive Sales talent into the business; whilst also reporting on hiring metrics, trends, successes and challenges.  We specifically require you to have a B2B Sales hiring background ideally gained in an IT service, solutions or consulting business and have somewhat of a developed network of mid-senior level talent in this space.

You are resourceful, persistent and dedicated to sourcing and evaluating experienced talent in Sales market and aren't afraid of chasing down passive candidates to attract and engage them to our company. You provide a consultative service to your stakeholders and thrive in busy, fast paced, dynamic work environments. You have demonstrated success managing hard to fill roles and are highly adept in identifying, attracting, and hiring specific skills. 

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Manage full cycle recruitment activity across a selection of Portfolios that may include; mid to Executive level in Sales, Research, Consulting and/or operations 
  • Lead initiatives in identifying, attracting, directly sourcing and hiring A talent
  • Develop and leverage innovative sourcing channels which produce a steady stream of qualified talent
  • Regularly analyze channels and methods for gathering market intelligence to create the best candidate pools
  • Analyze and implement best practices, new trends, tools, and key performance indicators for recruitment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients as well as external candidate pipeline
  • Effectively manage stakeholder relationships from operational to C-Suite
  • Manage all recruitment related administration including; ATS systems updates, notes and workflows'; administration of job postings and any related external advertising; weekly updates to stakeholder as well as Manager, Talent Acquisition and VP, HR; preparation of new hire documentation and internal set up
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices and resources through the support of projects and initiatives 

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Undergraduate degree in a Business, HR or Communications related subject 
  • Minimum 5-7 years professional recruiting experience with particular skills in mid market to executive level  hiring
  • Must have internal/corporate focus but consideration will be given to a mix of corporate and agency 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience; exceptional business partnering skills able to influence and support 
  • Proven experience operating as a trusted recruitment adviser with high degree of interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated experience in influencing and supporting demanding stakeholders 
  • Demonstrated experience directly sourcing passive, senior level talent in both the US and Canada
  • Intrinsically motivated, optimistic individual with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability 
  • Ability to self-manage and work autonomously in a fast paced, aggressively growing and changing environment
  • Exceptional people and customer service skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate with a diverse range of individuals
  • Exceptional administration and organization skills with great attention to detail - we do all our own administrative work including postings, reporting, trackers etc. so efficiency and organisation are key
  • Exceptional IT skills specifically in Excel and PowerPoint with exposure to working with CRM/ATS systems
  • Strong reporting skills, able to work to support the drive towards robust recruitment reporting and metrics
  • Ability to effectively deliver to tight deadlines across multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness to think outside the box, advice on creative new ideas for sourcing A talent
